1. Data Controller: The controller of your personal data is PipeTec sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow at ul. Pychowicka 7/106, Poland. You may contact the Controller in writing at the registered office address or via email at: biuro@pipetec.pl.

2. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing: The Controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:

a) Communication: conducting ongoing business correspondence and responding to inquiries (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest),

b) Archiving and Defense of Rights: securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts or defend against claims (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest).

3. Data Recipients: Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, in particular hosting service providers and IT support services.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Countries: Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.

2. Cele i podstawy prawne przetwarzania: Administrator przetwarza Pani/Pana dane osobowe w następujących celach:

a) Komunikacja: prowadzenie bieżącej korespondencji biznesowej i udzielanie odpowiedzi na zapytania (podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

b) Archiwizacja i obrona praw: zabezpieczenie informacji na wypadek prawnej potrzeby wykazania faktów (podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – prawnie uzasadniony interes Administratora),

5. Okres przechowywania danych: Dane będą przechowywane przez okres niezbędny do realizacji celu korespondencji, a następnie do czasu przedawnienia ewentualnych roszczeń lub zgodnie z wewnętrzną polityką archiwizacji.

Prawa osoby, której dane dotyczą: Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do: dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia (w przypadkach określonych w RODO), ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul.
